Illusionist Sam Pearce entertained hundreds of families at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium – One of the largest arenas in Canada with 7,800 seats. The Kitchener Magician appeared alongside comic-juggler Bob Cates, Twisted Ankles Dance Crew and the Spring Action Trampoline Entertainers, featuring World Championship gymnast Heather McManus.
Two performances were held on June 25th, 2012 at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium as a fundraiser for Cystic Fibrosis Canada. Proceeds from ticket sales went directly to the Canadian charity; the hundreds of families attending the performances were able to raise in excess of ten thousand dollars.
Illusionist Sam Pearce was the first entertainer to appear on the arena’s stage. During his thirty-minute performance, the Kitchener Magician amazed the audience and kept them laughing with his quick wit and hilarious comedy routines. Unlike most magicians who perform their magic for children, Illusionist Sam Pearce’s performance entertained everyone in attendance, children and adults alike.
Along with providing family-friendly clean entertainment, Illusionist Sam Pearce’s theatrical production company, Pearce Theatrical, provided audio-visual equipment for the performance. Hours before the audience arrived, the team of technicians from Pearce Theatrical arrived at the Kitchener venue to begin preparing for the show. The team provided audio reinforcement equipment, theatrical lighting and atmospheric haze, as well as technicians to operate the state-of-the-art production equipment.
